As an italian, for me the bidet is essential. Given the impracticality to retrofit one in my bathroom I opted for this douche... it's FANTASTIC. Besides the concept which, I have to admit, works really well, the quality of this specific model is obvious, and apparent as soon as you hold it in your hands. I am really satisfied of the purchase.

Bought 4 units for all my toilets. Each unit came with all the necessary materials needed for its application except for obvious external requirements like copper tubing etc. The plumbers were amazed by the built quality of the valves and external units. Superb finish. Does the job it's supposed to do. Too early in use to comment on how it will wear and tear.
Delivered the next day as promised. We'll packed.
Overall a happy customer.

Despite my plumbers initial misgivings (he'd never fitted anything so cosmopolitan before) all was good.
Has been in place in the new wet room for 10months and is used frequently. Works well, temperature and water pressure are easy to control. The only slight negative is the the trigger is fairly short and so perhaps not suitable for someone with limited hand strength.

Item: is beautiful douche with all the right and easy parts especially the lever, which is easy for an elderly person. not installed yet but looks very elegant
Delivery & communication: ordering and delivery was excellent. ordered and got within 48 hrs
Support: the only missing thing is it doesn't have the right base to fit to the wall.. we bought crosswater product before which had the base, so it was a matter of only fitting it...we are doing wall hanging wc and basin and our contractor is going to build a base to support the douche, but we been told not a big problem

This product is of very good quality and I am impressed with how good it works and it is certainly built to last many years.
However I received it will a blemish which looks like a grinder has hit the surface of the barrel. This has removed the chrome plating and the gouge is about 1mm into the brass work. Since I am in New Zealand I will live with it but it shouldn't have turned up in that state.
I would still purchase this item in future due to its extremely good quality and look.

The SMART ECO cartridge was created to control consumption, for a real saving, economic and environmental. This is thanks to the possibility of combining different technologies such as:
- Energy Saving: The mixer dispenses cold water ( Smart Eco standard ), in the central position with the lever open. This system is designed to prevent inadvertent start up of the hot water boiler when not required
- Water Saving: 8 litres per minute dispensing aerator included
- Anti-Scalding: A ring, limiting the maximum water temperature.
