I was able to contact the supplier directly and my queries answered. Product arrived the next day- very efficient service. Design was sleek and contemporary and did what it was supposed to. Only niggle was that the hand held part can sometimes get a little stuck in the holding bracket, but just needs a twist to release.

I have installed these items in several properties. To have a simple mixer valve without the excess wait of a thermostatic valve is a real bonus and the quality is just excellent. Highly recommended.

Water temperature is adjusted by turning the mixer handle left to right to increase/decrease the water temperature and tilts up and down to turn the water on / off to the shower. Note Well: To avoid leaks and spillages ALWAYS ensure the water is turned off at the mixer valve after each use, you have been informed!
This kit provides all the key parts your plumber will require to install this top quality suite at a discount price. Only suitable for CONCEALED installation .i.e. pipework is concealed from view by being installed in or behind a wall or partition.
