Ordered at 3pm one day, item delivered by 12:00 the next day, at no extra cost. The item itself appears to be of sound construction and will do the job. I was unsure on how to go about securing the items inside the cavity wall, however an email to the company was all that was needed. I was advised that I needed to purchase couple of additional items, 1) back plate elbow, 2) 3 off 15MM OD HOSPITAL PIPE CLIPs. Once obtained, fitting was straight forward. Very good service and after sales service.

Water temperature is adjusted by turning the mixer handle left to right to increase/decrease the water temperature and tilts up and down to turn the water on / off to the shower. Note Well: To avoid leaks and spillages ALWAYS ensure the water is turned off at the mixer valve after each use, you have been informed!
This kit provides all the key parts your plumber will require to install this top quality suite at a discount price. Only suitable for CONCEALED installation .i.e. pipework is concealed from view by being installed in or behind a wall or partition.
