In year 2013 I bought 3 set of this product and still has been used until today. Nothing has change of the quality, still in perfect condition as new and always wipe with soft cloth. Except the hose and spray because had been used very often.

Despite a bit of the kit being the wrong one, the mistake was immediately corrected and the service was impeccable and very prompt . The shower kit is of excellent quality and well worth the extra cost as opposed to other kits on popular all encompassing websites. A very happy customer.

The delivery to NZ was very quick and products arrived well packaged and therefore in excellent condition.
We are pleased with the appearance and feel.
We have not yet had the KIT4000: Hot/Cold Water Bidet Shower Kits installed but the plumber is happy with the quality of them. He mentioned specifically the hose flexibility as being much better than any shower hoses generally available her in New Zealand.

I searched the internet and high street retail shops but none had products like bidet showers. I before placing the order called them and discussed what I was looking for exactly and I got very good advice (clearly shows they know what they are selling). After installing one of the bidets shower head there was a problem, I called them up and they were very prompt it reviewing the issue and sending out a new replacement. Overall pleased with service and product. Thanks

Water temperature is adjusted by turning the mixer handle left to right to increase/decrease the water temperature and tilts up and down to turn the water on / off to the shower. Note Well: To avoid leaks and spillages ALWAYS ensure the water is turned off at the mixer valve after each use, you have been informed!
This kit provides all the key parts your plumber will require to install this top quality suite at a discount price. Only suitable for CONCEALED installation .i.e. pipework is concealed from view by being installed in or behind a wall or partition.
