I bought a hand shower on ebay which had a problem.I contacted Kaizen Solutions and subsequently sent them the unit. Turns out it was not one of theirs, but they took a look and advised a solution to the problem.
They returned the unit having removed the offending none return valve.
Have had no problems since.
Very big thanks for solving my problem which had nowt to do with them and especially as they were under no obligation to look at the problem, let alone providing a solution which only cost me the price of a return post of the unit. Excellent service!!!!
