The bidet shower was ordered as a replacement and was swiftly delivered. The shower comes with hose and washers and was very easy to fit myself.

What a great product! It replaces a previous device which had gone wrong after about five years but which had been difficult to operate easily due to the short inward-bending "trigger" lever. This trigger lever bends outwards and is much, much more easily operated. So far, a month in, it is easily 5/5!!

I've been using this model for the last few years simply because it is top quality. I've used cheaper ones before and they always either leak or the trigger sticks etc... in life you get what you pay for...i would definitely recommend this for anyone who wants a a quality bidet shower.

We are very pleased with the unit, it works very well. It is very solid and robust. We are also impressed with the service and prompt deliveries of both my orders.
However the whole thing is let down by the shower unit's wall holder. Unlike the solid metal hand-held unit the holder is just flimsy plastic, not really up to the task. It keeps coming loose from the solid brick wall that supports it. I will have to try and work out a more successful method of supporting unit that will last.

I bought 4 to equip most of the house. Initially I found that a couple let thru a few beads of water when off despite the low pressure. They seem better now but l am watching and will advise if it becomes a problem.
I just can't understand why they are not standard fitment.

BRA2980: Shattaf hand held bidet shower.
Top of the range shattaf shower. The shattaf head is precision engineered from A grade solid brass with a mirror chromium plate finish.
Each Shattaf shower is supplied with the following:
- Shattaf shower head with water control trigger The Shattaf shower head is manufactured in high grade brass with a mirror chromium plate finish. Weight of shower head, around 290 grams.
- 1.2M Double lock Stainless Steel hose. Our hoses are specifically designed for use with our Bidet Sprayers. The flexible, 1.2m ( 40") length is designed to withstand more than twice your normal domestic water pressure.
- Special wall mounting bracket and fixings. Enabling you to hang your Shattaf shower in a convenient location within easy reach of the toilet.
For warm water systems you will require a mixer, we stock a number of these which can be found in Warm Water Mixing Valves section. For added convenience we also supply a number of warm water kits, prefixed by KIT providing all the key components your plumber will need to install a warm water system these can be found in Warm Water Bidet Shower Kit section.
