I purchased the Aqua-Sigma UB-6500-SE bidet toilet seat from Kaizen/Bidet Showers for a disabled relative who has mobility issues. Prior to purchase I emailed Kaizen a question to which I received a helpful response from Lucas within an hour. I then placed my order and it was delivered the next day. After completing a disabled person’s VAT exemption form, I received a VAT refund the following day :-) Once the plumber installed a cold water connection point with a non-return valve, and the electrician had installed a RCD protected spur, installation of the actual seat was dead simple and can be done by anyone with DIY skills. Alternatively get the plumber to do it. I had an issue with the remote control which a call to Lucas at Kaizen promptly solved. The seat is now installed and works very well. I would highly recommend the seat and also Kaizen who were super responsive.

Bought and fitted a CTV6130 Bidet Shower with ceramic core slider trigger together with a VAL0980: Inline ceramic control valve for our ensuite toilet. We liked it so much I have repeated the purchase and fitting it into our main upstairs bathroom. The service from Kaizen was excellent. The product is of high quality and it was delivered as specified.

Lucas was very knowledgeable and helpful. I bought 2 Aqua Lava - 1400W wall hung Japanese Smart Toilet Bidets. They arrived very quickly and were very well packed. I spotted a very minor problem with some slightly deformed seat buffers. I think it happened during manufacture but really wasn't an issue. Lucas sent replacements by express delivery and they arrived within 24 hours. Both Aqua Lava bidets work well and I am very happy with their performance. The air dry could be a little better but is adequate. I would recommend these as they are good value. The missing features such as heated seat and auto lifting seat are not something I miss. I usually turned off auto-lift in Japan anyway as it was sometimes a little sensitive. The lid would open when you were passing or even hit you on the head if you bent down to clean the unit.
